Internships12th Congressional District Summer Internship Program
My office is currently accepting applications for the 2013 Congressional District Summer Internship Program. The Summer Internship Program is open to students who reside or are enrolled in a degree program at a post-secondary academic institution in the 12th Congressional District of North Carolina. Students who are interested in learning more about public service, the federal government and the operations of a congressional office are encouraged to apply; however, students pursuing degrees in the social sciences may find the program most applicable to their academic studies. The term of this year’s summer internship program will be June 3rd through August 9, 2013. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, resume and writing sample to my Charlotte District Office 1230 W Morehead Street Suite 306 Charlotte, NC 28208 and to the attention of Tawana Wilson-Allen no later than the March 29, 2013 deadline. The letter of interest should also indicate whether the student is interested in serving in my Charlotte or Greensboro office. All email submissions should be sent to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
